First floor of library. Key held at the First Floor Accounts and Checkout Desk - room use requires leaving an ID or similar in exchange for key.

No fees. Setup/teardown to be done by group using the room. Food allowed - cleanup required.  

Use of the Community Room on a standing or continuing basis is not allowed. Community Room booking requests require approval by staff – requests are typically reviewed within 2 business days. To allow time for approval, the meeting room should be booked at least 72 hours in advance of the meeting.

Requests will be considered in a "first come, first served" manner up to 90 days in advance. A maximum of three (3) events can be scheduled to occur from the current date forward 90 days.

Equipment

Wi-Fi throughout the building (SSID: Library Public).

Room has installed A/V system (projector and speakers).  You can connect a laptop, iPad (with your own dongle), Mac (with your own dongle) to an HDMI connection attached to a wall control panel.  Patrons should bring their own dongle connector for Apple equipment. More info and use instructions here.

A wireless microphone and a TV on rolling stand are available upon request at the First Floor Accounts and Checkout desk. You will need to leave an ID for this equipment.  

Seating

10-70 person meeting room with several long, moveable tables. Chairs for up to 70 people.

On narrow displays, the weekly room calendar is wider than the screen. You can side-scroll within this table to view room availability for the whole week.
