West Des Moines Parks and Recreation is revamping their annual Fairytale Time in the Park program by collaborating with the Library!

Drop in and join us in the storyroom for Saturday Storytime! Build a lifetime love of books and reading as we share stories, songs, and interactive rhymes with an early literacy focus. For ages 0-6 w/adult. No registration.

Visit the library at Legion Park! We'll have the WoW Truck there to sign up for library cards and check out library materials.

Teens! Spend time in the air conditioning with friends. We're bringing out the Nintendo Switch for free-play on Mondays during June and July. Enjoy a selection of games, and space to relax! No registration required.

Join us this summer as our three book clubs join forces! Instead of us telling you which book to read, we decide on a theme, and you get to read ANY book that fits.

Join us for a rockin' afternoon of rock painting and a short walk to follow! Each participant will receive two rocks to paint - one to take home and one to leave behind!
