Program Description

Event Details

Are you looking to reconnect with the natural world while sharing some readings about time spent in the outdoors? Join Brandy Case Haub of Intertwined Nature + Forest Therapy in an easy 2+ hour meander around our pond, followed by a discussion and sharing of a few short readings. The journey around our pond is suitable for adults of all abilities.

Participants will be invited to participate in a few “invitations” to help tune into their senses on a journey to a state of increased embodied awareness. A few short pre-readings related to the practice of Forest Bathing will be sent to participants to read ahead of time. Each participant should also be prepared to discuss a book or reading of their choice about the natural world that they find inspiring or meaningful.

Registration is required. This program will be limited to 20 participants.
