Parent Quest: Literacy in Early Childhood

Jessica Pierce, WDMCS early childhood parent educator, will present on ways to encourage early literacy. Class participants will leave with ideas to use with their own children on early reading and writing. ParentQuest was developed to support parents and other caring adults by providing free learning opportunities that positively impact children’s success in school and life. The following classes are geared toward parents of young children, birth through preschool. Parents can learn while their children play with Imagination Playground blue blocks. Classes are led by Jessica Pierce, WDMCS Early Childhood Parent Educator. 

Each class is one hour, from 10-11 a.m. Attendance is free, but registration is required.
