Purpose of Meeting
The event is a mock youth marketplace that will allow school-aged children (ages 5+) to practice skills like counting money, bartering, and selling goods without the use of actual money. Student vendors will be provided with "play money" for making change as well as to "spend" on other goods and services at the event. Vendors will create displays as well as actual goods and/or services that will be exchanged for "play money" during the event.
