Event Details

Kids will explore the basics of quiltmaking while creating a lap quilt. Please bring a sack lunch (avoid peanut products to protect those with allergies); drinks will be provided. Sewing machines, experienced teachers and all supplies provided. Sponsored by the Des Moines Area Quilters Guild. 

Young people MUST be at least 10 years of age to participate. If you have participated in this program in the past, please consider not signing up again in order to make space for those who have never participated. This is a very popular program but is registration is limited due to space and supply constraints.
