How Does Your Global Garden Grow? With local author Elizabeth Bedia (early registration)

Participants will learn about how gardens throughout the world grow in wildly different climates from the frozen tundra to the deep blue ocean. They will learn about unique gardens that are home to carnivorous and poisonous plants, healing plants, or no plants at all. Also, they will learn about why gardens are essential to keep our ecosystems healthy. Then, the group will join in a gardening activity and each participant will take home plans for their very own garden.

For ages 5-12, registration required. Registration for this event opens Monday, June 2 at 9:00AM.
