Have you heard the word “hospice” but not known what it means? Are you familiar with hospice, but not really sure about how it works? We invite you to attend Hospice 101. Melissa Wyatt, CMA from Unity Point Hospice, will explain what hospice is, who makes up a hospice team, and how hospice supports patients and families through and even after the time of death.
