Hospice 101

Have you heard the word “hospice” but not known what it means? Are you familiar with hospice, but not really sure about how it works? We invite you to attend Education on St. Croix Hospice & More. Madisen France, Care Transition Coordinator at St. Croix Hospice, will explain what hospice is, who makes up a hospice team, and how hospice supports patients and families through and even after the time of death.

This presentation lasts approximately 30 minutes and there will be time for Q&A afterwards
