Event Details

With cooler temperatures arriving, it’s a good time to learn about fire safety. The West Des Moines Fire Department will present a program with tips on fire safety for your home. Participants will have a hands-on demonstration and learn how to use a fire extinguisher.  You can also honor your inner child by exploring a fire truck!

Note: this program on fire safety and fire extinguisher use is for adults only. However, the Fire Department will have their truck here at 6:00 for tours for all ages.

This program will start in the Community Room and then go outside for fire extinguisher training.
