In this program, you'll learn just how blood sugar impacts health and the steps to maintaining healthy blood sugar balance. This program is presented by Amelia Pickhinke, BS, MA. Amelia comes from a teaching background, with a Bachelor of Science in Education from Drake University and six years of teaching experience. She then left the teaching field to study nutrition, earning a Master's Degree in Functional Medicine and Human Nutrition.
