Amelia Pickhinke will unpack what healthy eating means and provide the foundation for building balanced and delicious meals to help regenerate the world. You'll discover how to read food labels and use supplements to propel vibrant health. Following this program, you can turn education into action with a 7-day challenge of eating!

This program is presented by Amelia Pickhinke, BS, MA. Amelia comes from a teaching background, with a Bachelor of Science in Education from Drake University and six years of teaching experience. She then left the teaching field to study nutrition, earning a Master's Degree in Functional Medicine and Human Nutrition.
